Just as every journey begins with a single step, this Small Business Marketing website is our first step on a journey to help small business owners around the world.

This site is the first of many websites designed to help the small business person survive. During tough times, the tough get going. Our business has survived tough times and we're now on a mission to help yours do the same.

At the time of writing this mission statement (April 2009), the world is in a financial crisis. The economies of many countries are in total shambles. Unemployment is rising and millions of people are losing their homes.

Small businesses are suffering worldwide. They have no where to turn for financial help because their banks have tightened credit so much we cannot borrow to grow our businesses.

Our answer is simple. Aerotech Systems LLC is helping people get back to the basics. Millions of business owners started with very little capital and created HUGE empires. Who needs the banks anyway?

MY PERSONAL STORY

Indulge me for just a minute as I tell you my story.

Back in 1982, I was starting a new business. The economy was not good then either.

I once worked for General Motors. Had I stayed with GM I would be one of the thousands of people worried about their futures since they are considering bankruptcy at this time.

I walked away from GM, and started my own Janitorial Business. It was not a glorious kind of business, but I wanted to become my own boss. I went to the bank for a loan. I only wanted $10,000. I was turned down flat. I did not have sufficient business experience. They wanted to see 3 years of tax returns with profit.

Well that did not stop me. Beginning with just $20 and a drive to succeed I started my business anyway. Now let's fast forward 15 years. In 1996 I sold my business and retired when I was 41 years old. I had 70 employees, over one thousand customers and was debt free.

Every since then, people who watched me succeed would always ask me to give them advice. Many wanted me as a partner. For several years I declined offers. It was not until February 2007 that I went back into the business world in a Joint Venture.

While in retirement I shared ideas and helped a great number of friends and family with their businesses. I love doing this. So my wife suggested that I put up a website and share my ideas with the world.

Since I feel very blessed by our Creator and know the Bible principal that "It's better to Give Than Receive" I'm now on a mission to help others with their small businesses.

OUR MISSION EXPLAINED IN DETAIL

My vision statement is to help 25 new clients succeed by January 1, 2015. How will I do that? First, let me ask you how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time right? So also it will be for me.

I will help 25 clients each build an online business over the next 5 years. One at a time I will conduct an interview and help steer the client in the direction they need to go for success. Although I prefer working with people who already have a business, it does not mean I will not help a newbie with a good idea.

So over the next 5 years, I will find the clients, (or they may find me by this website) and will help them create a plan that takes very little money to implement and grow their business. As I stated above, who needs the banks!! We're going back to basics and will bootstrap our business and use OPM (Other Peoples Money) or other means to build our empires.

I can only work with one person at a time for a 2 month period. So I will take on 5 new clients per year leaving me 2 months for vacation and working on my own businesses.

Also, I conduct online classes in a virtual class room. These are limited to 10 people at a time, the course last 10 weeks. Use my contact page if you want to learn more. Everything we do together will be as automated as we can make it. I will help you create a high tech, high touch business that runs on auto-pilot making you money while you sleep, vacation or whatever you want to do.

There is work involved. especially in the beginning. But with some direction I will help you discover ways to take your existing business and squeeze more sales with less overhead. You will not need more employees to do it. Also, you will not be spending a ton of money either.

By January 1, 2015 my 25 clients will have in excess of $50,000,000 a year in annual sales collectively. The average will be around $2,000,000 in sales per client.

IS THIS REALLY POSSIBLE?

Some may wonder if I can help you reach this goal. You may be thinking, can I really be earning $2,000,000 a year in sales with my business? The answer is yes and I honestly believe this to be a conservative estimate. Why? Because I have already done this with several clients in recent years. The question is, will you be next?

I do this though joint venture agreements. So without any cost to you, I help your existing business have more sales, less overhead and a greater profit margin. All I ask is to allow me a share in your new profits as a joint venture partner. If I help you earn more money without breaking the bank, you simply share a small portion of the profits with me as payment. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Our mission will be accomplished by our goal date of January 1, 2015. As we build our businesses together, we ask you to "Pay it Forward" and help others. This will make the world we live in a better place.
